About John Acevedo
My name is John Acevedo, and I am a Realtor® with a passion for helping people realize their dreams in real estate. Whether you are a first-time buyer, an experienced investor or selling your home to move into a new place, I’ll be there for you, with 18 years of real estate experience. Those years have honed my skills as a negotiator, and as a make-things-happen guy, I can help you take the next step toward buying or selling your property. My main mantra is, “Win-Win for the Seller and the Buyer”.My specialty is serving the Northeast Los Angeles communities of Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Glassell Park, and Montecito Heights, as well as South Dilbeck Pasadena. But I often work in other areas well — with today’s technology, we’re not limited by geography! I was born and raised in Northeast L.A., and a film school graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara. After 14 years working in the independent film industry, I dove into real estate, which is something I had never imagined as a career. But I’ve found a genuine love for the intricate nature of each transaction, solving problems for my clients, and bringing a fresh approach to every property. No problem is too small or too large, as I love what I do! Please remember that in every transaction, your interests are Number 1.
